SpiceHook Solutions will not share or disclose any confidential information belonging to Client’s without written consent. This may include but is not limited to trade secrets, payment information, and any other information not publicly available.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
All cancellation requests should be sent to our billing department ( finance@spicehook.com) or communicated to your Account Manager. Cancellation requests will be considered only when the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order and execution of the project has not started already. For the monthly contract projects, project owner/party may cancel so by providing a fifteen (15) day written notice and paying SpiceHook Solutions for all completed services. SpiceHook Solutions will not be held responsible for any third party services, such as hosting, third party paid plugins, content writing, paid stock images etc.
CAN I MODIFY OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

CAN I GET REFUND ?
Due to the nature of the services, SpiceHook Solutions does not guarantee any refunds upon each cancellation. In case of monthly payment, it is understood that payment for next month is released only after reviewing the current month’s performance. project owner/party may cancel so by providing a fifteen (15) day written notice and paying SpiceHook Solutions for all completed services.
